CaseMedium™ is hiring Business Development Representative 2022 in Dhaka.

Responsibilities:

As a BDR, you are going to be responsible for;

  1. Generating leads for potential clients, contacting them( via phone call), and validating them with client persona.
  2. Organizing meetings with potential clients and pitching the service to them & closing deals.
  3. Onboarding clients to the agency, providing support & maintaining relationships with the clients.
  4. Maintaining, creating & developing call scripts, presentations, and SOPs to develop and process.
  5. Meeting weekly, and monthly & quarterly sales targets and reporting to the line manager.

Candidate Role:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be at the heart of CaseMedium’s sales & marketing team to generate sales by proposing our service to the clients and maintaining relationships with them. You will be responsible for keeping the sales & cash flow of the organization positive by onboarding clients for our web development services.

About The Company

CaseMedium is a web design & development agency, focusing on building websites for SMEs (small-to-medium businesses) in Bangladesh. Our purpose is to build the online presence of those businesses or brands that are currently working offline. So that they can grow & expand their business. Currently, we are providing services like (1) building e-commerce or personal website (2) doing ‘Search engine optimization so that business can get ranked on google, and (3) maintaining the website so that business doesn’t need to hire an engineer to maintain the website.

Eligibilities

Minimum Qualification:

These qualifications are a must-have for the roles

  1. Excellent negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
  2. Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  3. Strong verbal and written communicator.
  4. Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  5. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Additional Qualification:

These qualifications are not a must-have for the BDRs.

  1. Basic understanding of digital marketing, or how to grow a business.
  2. Basic knowledge of SEO, the importance of SEO for business, and others.
  3. Ability to use Microsoft excel or google spreadsheet and do the basic calculation.
  4. Sound with tools (ex: project management tool, CRMs and office suite, etc)

Requirements:

These requirements are a must-have for the roles.

  1. Undergraduate students with graduate after a minimum of 6 months or more.
  2. Minimum 40-hours/month offline office at Banani, Dhaka in the probation period.
  3. Able to conduct physical meetings with clients at any location inside Dhaka. (Note: BDRs gonna get assigned with the client within their zone. So, if you live in Dhanmondi, you will be given a target to onboard the client of Dhanmondi, minimizing the issue of transportation and time waste)
  4. Have a laptop with the ability to take the laptop to meetings.
