The International Foundation for Electoral Systems is looking for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) and Reporting Officer 2022 in Dhaka
Duties
The MEL and Reporting Officer duties include
- W ork in close collaboration with IFES Bangladesh staff members to develop and refine M&E data collection tools that are streamlined into program activities.
- Train and provide feedback to program staff on the implementation of M&E tools and systems in program activities; ?
- Utilize, refine (as pertinent), and manage data management systems that house and summarize program data; ?
- Ensure the quality of M&E related data collected throughout the program by regularly spot checking and cleaning M&E data in compliance with USAID and other donor standards for data quality; ?
- Analyze project performance data, as necessary and available, and provide findings to program teams for decision-making;
- Coordinate and collaborate with HQ M&E staff in the preparation and delivery of data-based reflection and decision-making sessions;
- Contribute to drafting of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for donors, edit and provide feedback on reports from sub-awardees, and contribute to other reports as required ;
- Coordinate and provide M&E technical assistance and feedback to sub-grantees and project partners, in coordination with relevant IFES- Bangladesh staff member(s) as required;
- Prepare and support activities related to donor data quality assessments/audits (DQAs) .

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in social science, research methodology or related field required ; Master’s Degree preferred;
- Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience and knowledge in monitoring and evaluation; ?
- Prior experience with international organizations strongly preferred;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook required; ?
- Demonstrated professional experience and knowledge in managing MEL components of international development funded programming.
