Digital Marketing Solution (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring Student Counselor Consultant For IT Training Institute 2022 in Dhaka.

๐‰๐จ๐› ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain register for stationery and office accessories
  • Others task assigned by management & Maintain appointment diary
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • To handle the internal & external communication of the company independently
  • Receive letter, messages, documents and handover those to the concerned persons.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Welcome Guests/ visitors, Delegates, convey message and reminder to concerned department
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Maintain register for all incoming and outgoing letters/mails/documents and dispatch to appropriate staff
  • Collect & preserve the contact information and address of other organizations/company for communication when required
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

Ltd. is looking for a competent, Energetic, Confident, Proactive, & result-oriented individual with adequate skills in Student Counselor Consultant For IT Training Institute who is expected to manage office gust, customer calls, invoice payment collection, telemarketing, social media posting, team member attendance update and generate creative ideas with the collaboration of the marketing team outstanding communicator skills

โ€ข Candidates must work at least 1-2 months as a trainee employee before working as a full-time employee

  • Bachelor degree with any university with any discipline

  • Age 25 to 35 years

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
