CITI is hiring Head of Fund Transfer Unit – Asst. Vice President 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth Transaction processing and prompt client service by the Fund Transfer Unit.
- Review service quality, production systems, and client reporting within Cash Operations.
- Analyze complex and variable issues to resolve issues and ensure team deliverables meet performance and quality expectations
- Proactively co-ordinate initiatives to close any gaps in process.
- Partner in business value proposition to deepen client relationships
- Communicate/visit to Regulator (whenever necessary) and ensure minimizing query from them regarding Transaction related approvals.
- Providing transaction related advisory support to customer after liaising with Product and RM.
- Ensure timely reporting of transactions to regulator.
- Contribute to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures.
- Serve as backup of the Cash Operations Senior Manager.

Eligibilities
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in a related Cash Operations management role with in-depth knowledge on Fund Transfer related regulations and the products.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance.
- Effective verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
- Strong and demonstrated skills to work with a diverse team.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
