This role is perfect for anyone who started their career as a Software Engineer but decided that they want to utilize their technical skills but not as a Software Engineer. We can teach you what you need to know about hiring, but you need to have an excellent technical foundation, love interacting with people, networking, multi-tasking and enjoy hardwork.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform recruiting activities for mostly technology positions such as matching candidates to requirements, reviewing resumes, phone screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, and reference checks.
- Screen and interview tech professionals to understand their needs and ensure qualifications meet customer needs.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of active candidates within core competencies.
- Take the lead on hosting meaningful events for the tech industry.
- Network on a regular basis with members of the tech community.
- Coaching and guiding candidates through the application and interview process.

- Remote | BYOB | Full-time | Contractual with the ability to become permanent.
- Salary: BDT 50,000-75,000.
- Sunday-Thursday with the ability to take interviews on Saturday.
Eligibilities
- Must have strong technical knowledge and determine whether a resume matches a job description.
- Must be fluent and Bangla and English.
- Understanding of recruiting methods, best practices, and metrics.
- 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or a similar role.
- Preference will be given to those who have experience taking technical interviews for Software Engineers.
