Job Responsibilities
- Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g., access control, security cameras)
- Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations
- Restock office and kitchen supplies, keep track of the stock and place purchase requisitions as per need.
- Oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building
- Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal
- Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment
- Coordinate office and parking space
- Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses
- Maintain an updated record of invoices from suppliers
- Oversee the dispatch facility

Eligibilities
- Graduation from any discipline
- Moderate English Communication skills, both written and verbal
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience working in Admin or Facilities
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Word and Excel (G suite proficiency is a plus)
- Willingness to follow instructions and receive guidance.
- Able to manage transportation of 600+ employees in different shifts.
