AMENTUM seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Manager for the USAID Feed the Future Bangladesh Agricultural Infrastructure Development Activity.Project Length – 5 years (2021-2026)Reports to: Chief of PartyResponsibilities (but Not Limited To)
- The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Manager is responsible for all monitoring, evaluation and reporting activities under the award. S/he develops and manages the Activity Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Plan (AMELP) as well as develops and maintains systems to collect and analyze information on inputs, outputs, outcomes and impact of the Activity.
- The Manager supports training of MEL personnel in quality assurance methods
- Be responsible for developing and updating the Activity’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Plan, and for reporting results to USAID in a timely manner.
- Oversee data collection and analysis in collaboration with the subcontractor performing the data collection.
- Coordinate report writing for the activity.
- Support the monitoring of project activities and overall adherence to schedule.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Eligibilities
- Degree in monitoring & evaluation, civil engineering, economics, business, or social sciences;
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of evaluating and assessing projects focusing on infrastructure;
- Possess technical familiarity with the Automated Directives System (ADS) 200 Series and with evaluation methods and standards under the USAID Evaluation Policy;
- Demonstrated knowledge of infrastructure norms (e.g., quality and practices) in developing countries and the US.
- Good written and speaking in both Bengali and English.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks to completion.
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
