Job Responisibilites:
- Responsible for all SCDD-related projects and activities, following to the JTI framework’s five steps: Identify & prioritize, respond, measure, and communicate & report.
- Managing GSP and community investment budgets, addressing identified and prioritized issues.
- Manage the implementation of all developed plans and engagement strategies.
- Ensures engagement with key/appropriate stakeholders are developed and maintained.
- Develop the entity communication strategy with the guidance of CA&C and ensure the company reputational profile is maximized both internally and externally
- Oversee the management and implementation of the ARISE program by ensuring that, both, current & new partners are fully aligned to achieve ARISE’s goals.
- Develop sustainability agendas for the entity and implement innovative, tailored, and effective community sustainability programs in line with the Corporate Leaf strategic sustainability directions and objectives.

Eligibilities
- Master’s Degree in Business, Law, Economics and Development Studies or Public Management from any reputed public or private institute/university.
- Minimum 5 years relating to regulatory processes, Government relations and stakeholder engagement.
- Sound knowledge in Human Rigths and Project Management, negotiating, diplomatic and problem solving skills.
- Solid communications & influencing skills and the ability to share key messages and follow-up on their impact within the operating environment.
- Innovative thinking, adapadtility skills and proactive mindset.
- Microsoft Office advanced knowledge, sound knowledge in Power BI.
