Augmedix is hiring Talent Acquisition Lead 2022 in Dhaka.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new channels to attract the best candidates to join Augmedix
- Run end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Recruiting process improvement: using data to create dashboards to present updates to the leadership team and to suggest changes to the process
- Train hiring managers on how to interview and select the best candidates
- Oversee HR administration activities and other people-related processes (onboarding, events and employee engagement, etc.)Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date (we use Lever as our Applicant Tracking System)
- Be an ambassador for the Augmedix brand ensuring a great experience for candidates and new hires
- Ensure compliance with all HR regulations
- Support the team with all the HR operations-related documents.
- Previous experience in working with MNC Companies is a plus

Eligibilities
Academic & Experience:

- Minimum graduate with a concentration in HR
- 5 years of work experience in recruiting.
- Excellent English is a must for this position.
- Should have experience in Hiring Engineers
