Responsibilities
At Quantanite, your work will directly contribute to us achieving our long term ambitions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the development of the company’s delivery teams in Bangladesh so that they have the ability to deliver according to client requirements.
- Ensure client satisfaction with delivery, while working with the sales teams to set accurate expectations.
- Manage capacity availability to accommodate new and changing client requirements in Bangladesh.
- Provide formal guidance to commercial teams on minimum pricing thresholds in order to achieve gross profit targets for various service lines.
- Oversee expenditures at delivery centre locations and ensure proper processes are in place to monitor accounting for payments.
- Build and nurture a constantly developing operations management structure in Bangladesh to accommodate future growth.
- Support the management of a newly founded shared services department.
- Ensure data security and adherence to relevant information security regulations.
- Identify areas for operational improvement across delivery operations and support functions in an ongoing push to build a world-class organisation appropriate for the company’s needs.
- Build a culture of accountability with his organisation in which deadlines are met.
- Motivate and inspire operations management and staff to achieve great results.
- Support management in implementation of purpose and values across the organisation.
Job Description
Quantanite is seeking an exceptional Service Delivery Leader, with experience in delivering operational excellence in single and multiple sites in a high growth environment ideally with a background in Content Moderation, Data Tagging, or CX Campaign experience.
About the role
You’ll lead our World Class Service Delivery Centre of 1500 FTE and growing, located in the center of Dhaka. A highly effective Leader in an energetic results orientated environment, you’ll own a turnkey organization within Bangladesh; everything from recruitment, management, commercial performance, and campaign delivery will lie within your accountabilities. You’re not just about delivering services to the high standards our Clients and Colleagues expect, however – you’re also responsible for scaling our Dhaka organization to meet our sustained growth challenges.
You’ll own the tactical and operational performance of our World Class Service Delivery Centre, and materially contribute to the broader strategic direction of the company.
Finally, we’d like the successful job holder to become a practice and/or thought leader in Content Moderation and Data Tagging.

Eligibilities
Qualifications:
- At least 15 years working experience, with at least 8 in the business process outsourcing and/or customer experience sector.
- Experience at both large IT outsourcing MNCs as well as smaller organisations is an advantage.
- A deep understanding of the BP and CX market including the prominent players and main business drivers
- Experience preferably from both back office data processing and front office client assignments is an advantage.
- Experience of managing a minimum of 3000 FTE across multiple delivery centres.
- An entrepreneurial attitude and passion to build something of your own.
- Appreciation and knowledge of developing business functions of HR and IT alongside delivery operations.
- Strong communication skills both for in-house communication but also when speaking with prospects and clients
- A track record of successfully setting up delivery centres or being involved in the very early stages of establishing a new site.
- Strong leadership and public speaking skills which help build strong team morale.
- Be comfortable and experienced managing growth and dealing with challenges in emerging markets, including issues around infrastructure, regulatory, and employment
- An appreciation for the need for balance between investment and frugality when growing organically rather than with investor funds.
- Strong problem solving skills even at a micro-level if needed.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher.
