BRAC is hiring Assistant Manager, Center Development, BRAC Kumon Limited 2022 in Dhaka.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct New center onboarding for Franchisees
- Coordinate with Kumon Japan for follow up trainings for franchisees
- Conduct study groups and instructional seminars for franchisees
- Perform visits to franchise centers to observe class sessions and center operation
- Perform analysis on center data to find out areas of growth for franchise centers
- Provide feedback to franchisees on instruction and center management
- Establish Kumon best practices in franchise centers
- Ensure alignment of franchise center operation with operations manual and franchise agreement
- Ensure alignment of franchise center branding with BRAC Kumon Center brand guidelines
- Maintain liaison with Head Office members to ensure Franchisees can effectively manage Centers
- Check and confirm monthly reports received through student management system from franchise centers
- Check and process Kumon inventory requests initiated by franchise centers through Inventory Management System
- Collect royalty and other fees earned from Franchise Centers
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

- Proficient in data analysis
- High proficiency in English and Bangla (writing, reading, listening, speaking)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation in any discipline
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years’ of experience in relevant field
