The Umbrella Management Ltd is hiring Officer Accounts & Admin 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and ensure charging following all budget and chart of accounts
- Prepare, maintain & update books of accounts (voucher, cash book, bank book, ledger book)
- Preparation of monthly income statement and cash flow
- Cash collection and disbursement from valuable clients
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, six monthly and yearly finance report
- Maintain the record and documents for audit facilitation
- Developing, controlling, implementing and monitoring the programme accounts
- Controlling the procurement and disbarment procedure
- Keep all documentation and updated records of all transaction to FLA
- Prepare, send and store invoices
- Process bank deposits
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Submit tax forms
- Update personal files, leave register, etc
- Support in the financial, accounts and administrative function
- Provide administrative and logistic support

Eligibilities
Educational Requirements: BBA/MBA/Masters in Finance and Accounting
Experience Requirements: 2-3
Skills and attitudes:
- Interpersonal skills

- Google Sheets
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Email Communication
- English Fluency
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
