Job Responsibilities
- Routing of Traffic through Microwave links: Perform Microwave configuration throughout the Microwave chain from Backhaul to cell site. In this regard need to configure VLAN for 2G/3G Payload, 3G O&M and Other services like wholesale etc.
- Microwave NMS Configuration due to Traffic reroute: Based on changed Scenario, configuration is required for NMS through new path and NMS optimization
- Microwave Link parameter Change: Configuring Microwave link parameter in following aspect like Change of Frequency, Change of Modulation, Link capacity, Ethernet capacity, Bandwidth, Transmission power, Rx Level and Soft Key of link capacity
- License capacity Change: License capacity change/modification for microwave link as per 2nd line/planning guidance.
- Removal of Old Configuration: After execution of rerouting, ensuring necessary steps for un-tagging old VLAN from Microwave chain, Deletion of NMS configuration and Removal of traffic free NE from NMS server
- Configuration change at RAN environment: As per planning directive, necessary changes need to take place at following nodes for rerouting of traffic BSC level and RNC level
- Script preparation & Loading: Work needs to be done in following context for nodeb like Generating script based on changed circumstance and Loading script properly.
- Compliance during Network Configuration: Ensuring necessary compliance as per company policy during any sort of Configuration and Change management and Initiate necessary action after having various audit observation (if any)
- Database/Tools update: After execution of WRs , changed scenario needs to be updated at designated tools and location so that it covers requirement from various aspects like Regulatory & AMC etc.

Eligibilities
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE, ECE, ETE
- Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA or equivalent certification for IP networking
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IP networking, Telecommunication, Microwave (Huawei), Microwave (NEC)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Flexibility to work in a 24X7 environment.
- Strong Ability to quickly adapt to multi-ethnical/culture environment.
- Fast learning ability and good teamwork spirit.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience with IP networking.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience with Microwave (Huawei/NEC).
- Knowledge on automation & scripting (Python, RPA) will be an added advantage
