Edotco Group is hiring Senior Executive, Regulatory 2022 in Dhaka.

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate and liaise with BTRC, PTD, ICT Ministry and other relevant government bodies, to execute multiple regulatory issues and to facilitate the exploration of new business opportunities
• Arrange appointments with Regulatory and other Govt. Bodies on ad hoc basis
• Evaluate applicable laws/regulations/act/guidelines/directives, to determine the impact on company activities
• Support other edotco Bangladesh processes such as risk management, budget preparation, statutory reporting, business planning, etc.
• Maintain data in information systems or databases and coordinate in regulatory documentation activities
• Coordinate and facilitate necessary support from Law enforcement agencies
• Implement a regulatory framework, to ensure compliance with regulations
• Organize and execute Regulatory Events for socialization and relationship building
• Arrange Knowledge Sharing sessions/Workshop with internal and external stakeholders, to create awareness and to ensure business alignments
• Cross-functional collaboration and preparing write-ups for Regulatory Advocacies

Job Purpose:

• Follow-up the regulatory environment of Bangladesh, to maximize business freedom, optimize regulatory outcomes and minimize operational risk for edotco Bangladesh, through effective stakeholder and reputational management
• Ensure timely regulatory response to all internal and external requests, advising on solutions that are effective from regulatory and commercial standpoints
