JustGo is looking for Accountant 2022 in Dhaka, Bangladesh (Hybrid)
What you will do
- Own the invoicing process from invoice to payment collection.
- Process vendor bills and prepare a summary of outstanding bills for payment ensuring local tax and VAT compliances.
- Monthly bank reconciliation.
- Preparation of AR and AP ageing report for effective working capital management.
- Assist Finance Manager in preparation of Financial Statements and other financial management reports.
- Assist Finance Manager in maintaining secure documentation and storage of financial information.
- Assist Finance Manager to ensure timely regulatory compliances such as VAT return, Tax return, Financial Statements auditing and submission.

Eligibilities
- Partly qualified accountant (CA Course and Certificate Level Completed Preferred) with 3+ years experience in a software business or a multinational company
- Must have excellent / fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Experience in Revenue Recognition for the software industry preferred
- Experience in month-end close, functional reporting and preparation of statutory accounts and/or consolidated accounts
- Experience with Accounting Software e.g. Zoho, Xero, Sage etc.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Strong Excel skills and familiar with managing large datasets for the rapid production of accurate management reporting
- Experience analysing process weaknesses and identifying solutions
- Experience in change management, implementing improvements with a passion to succeed
- Comfortable managing tight deadlines with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience in/proven record of process improvements
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- Prior experience within an SME or Start-Up
- Previous experience working within a SaaS organisation is an advantage
- Commercially astute with strong accounting knowledge
- Great team player and communicator with cross-functional exposure
