Evonik is hiring Customer Service Executive 2022 in Dhaka.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supply Chain and Order Processing
• Inventory management based on sales forecast & credit risk management where applicable
• Processing Letters of Intent/Credit/PI/ Invoices/ Purchase Orders where applicable
• Co-ordination with customers, local & overseas colleagues for timely delivery of goods to customers
• Shipment feedback and import documentation
• Payment follow-up, Credit Form follow-up, where applicable
• General co-ordination with order processing center and supply sources.
• Processing Customer Requests, Complaints and coordinating with respective Principal/ Superior/3rd party LSP/Customers Business Manager CSE Regional CSE’s/Controlling & Operations [internal]
• Attending to Customer requests and coordinating the prompt resolution
• Sample processing and Customs Clearance
• Co- ordinate with company’s Accounting Department in term of financial & payments to vendors locally
• Gathering data for monthly reports on sales
• To generally act as a support to the efforts of the Sales and marketing personnel of H&N unit in Bangladesh.
• Perform all administrative and secretarial tasks.
