Immutable is hiring Head of Business Development, Gaming – APAC 2022 in Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full relationship accountability for potential customers, and maximise minting volume into Immutable X for the APAC region by successfully pitching them to use our solution. This includes getting partners to announce that they’ll be using us.
- Build a full and comprehensive sales strategy tailored towards the APAC region that not only achieves the region’s goals but also aids and ties into the global mission.
- Be an integral part of the end-to-end sales process, answering technical questions, and working well with internal teams to deliver results and enable their team to succeed.
- Support your team in all aspects of the sales process and keep the team members accountable to core KPIs
- Foster a culture of over-achievement in the team and ensure your team has the training, support, and resources to achieve our targets
- Build, grow, and mentor a team of exceptional sellers
- Take full accountability for your team’s metrics and deliver accurate forecasts for the business
- Ensure the team works well with Sales Engineers to architect winning solutions for our customers, and actively share customer feedback & requirements with the Product team
- Research and stay abreast of all new NFT/crypto projects and global F500 brands signalling interest
A Bit About The Role
We are searching for a Head/Director of BD, focused on Gaming across APAC to build and lead a world-class BD team to carry out the task. You will be leading the charge to scale Gaming assets via public infrastructure (Immutable X, built on Ethereum) versus the closed or insecure infrastructure offered elsewhere.

Eligibilities
- 7+ years of proven performance at a leading Technology platform in a Business Development, Partnerships, Account Executive role selling to C-level decision-makers. Gaming experience is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achievement and leading large diverse teams to successful outcomes
- Passionate about fostering a culture of achievement in the sales function
- High emotional intelligence – you have genuine empathy for your team and our customers, and you maximise your impact through understanding the motivations of others
- Are a team builder and a coach and mentor to reps to improve performance, reduce turnover, and provide support
- Take full accountability for achieving metrics and creating and delivering accurate forecasts for the business
- Hungry with a high level of hustle
- Culturally “gets it” – capable of understanding what motivates startups in the blockchain NFT space and speaks their language. Ideally gaming, blockchain, savvy
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience selling a technical product (ie. Gaming technologies) is a plus
- Worked in blockchain/crypto space (ie. Circle), or demonstrates domain knowledge & expertise
- An industry thought leader
- Passionate Gamer or passionate about the Blockchain / Crypto Space
- Proven experience in building and growing a successful team from 0-1
