Daraz is hiring Head of Seller Engagement 2022 in Dhaka.
Job Description:
- Be responsible to drive end to end revenue from long tail sellers and ensure sustained growth as per company Business plan.
- Build efficient business models to drive promotional tools adoption to ensure assisted revenue growth.
- Build and fine tune efficient adoptive/predictive recommendation models for sellers to drive proactive measures and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure right products are presented to right customer segment through weekly and monthly campaigns.
- Continuously work on Seller value management for continuous growth (upgrade from Low to mid, Mid to High).
- Develop, execute and manage strategic plans to grow sellers via community management and training activities.
- Source, network and expand the coverage of Daraz seller communities, and improve their businesses.
- Conduct events, and other related engagement activities to support Daraz seller communities.
- Develop overall platform’s strategy for seller training across different mediums (online and offline) .
- Develop training curriculum and training materials targeting at different seller segments to support them in achieving commercial and operational excellence.
- Manage all forms of seller communications to ensure sellers are up-to-date with the latest policies and features.
- Performance tracking and analysis to continuously advancing seller performance.
- Project coordination with team members, related departments and report to regional and local management.

Eligibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering discipline from any reputed university
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in reputed fast-paced company, with experience working with merchants/ distributors/ communities/ partners/ etc. (Experience in Customer Life Cycle management)
- Outstanding skills of communication, presentation and problem-solving , enjoy communication with sellers and deliver daily support with strong seller-driven mindset .
- Strong planning skills for online & offline activities, be creative and not hesitate to take new initiatives.
- Logical thinking process, fast learner, good data & analysis skill.
- Knowledge in working with adoptive/predictive models.
- Strong business acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal skill, and result- oriented .
- Be enthusiastic, responsible, efficient, can work under pressure.
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
