Divine IT Limited is hiring Executive, HR & Admin 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform and coordinate core business activities and HR practices.
- Maintaining attendance & leave management on daily basis
- Provide support in conducting recruitment selection of employees and onboarding for the newly recruited employee.
- Maintain and update employee personal file & database.
- Provide support to prepare ID card & Visiting card.
- Arranging meetings & prepare Minutes and Publishing
- Coordinate performance appraisal with management.
- Draft different types of letters and documentation as instructed by the office.
- Supervise and monitor the administrative matters of office and projects
- Supervise and monitor office management, Housekeeping and provide administrative and logistics support in organizing meetings, training and interviews as necessary.
- Responsible for acting as a supervisor and monitoring the admin support staff.
- Tackle and handle the unpleasant situation that may arise by internal and external sources.
- Provide support to supervisors in all kinds of HR issues.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management.

Eligibilities
- Educational Requirements : Bachelor degree in any discipline/BBA/ MBA in HRM
- Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Experience Requirements : 1 to 2 year(s)
