Optimizely is looking for HRIS Analyst (SuccessFactor) 2022 in Dhaka, Bangladesh (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Gathers and manages large datasets from multiple sources, transforming or cleaning data as necessary.
- Document functional and technical requirements, including use cases or user stories to support development activities.
- Executes and supports recurring HR reports (e.g., personnel roster, headcount, etc.) leveraging existing HR data infrastructure.
- Publish re-occurring reports to HR Reporting Portal and ensure SharePoint governance is maintained for end users.
- Monitors and analyzes HR data, taking corrective actions and/or making recommendations, as needed to continuously improve the quality and usefulness of HR data.
- Coordinates with internal HR team(s) to address any data quality issues.
- Coordinates with IT SuccessFactors Admin and HRIS Manager to resolve HROPS Service Desk issues.
- Ensures compliance with all Optimizely information security and data privacy policies, standards, and procedures.
- Creates and maintains reporting inventory and documentation on all HR reporting processes.
- Maintain operational excellence to ensure data quality checks and methods are in place.
- Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLA) are measured and met.
- Serves as backup to HRIS Director and Hiring Manager for all modules.

Eligibilities
Knowledge And Experience
- At least 3 years of HR or HRIS generalist experience or any combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position is required.
- Should have good hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors workflows, people workflow analytics, building reports, understanding HR data, etc. different HR modules of SuccessFactors (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, and Goals)
- Should have excellent English written and communication skills
- Should be able to work with Business Users directly, understand their requirements, and build reports as required
- Should have a functional HR background and be able to understand Global and US HR data and how it is used.
- Should have hands-on experience building reports in SuccessFactors Report Center
- Prior experience handling and reporting on global and sensitive data.
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Demonstrated proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of products (Access, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
- Experience using advanced Excel functionality (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables/charts, slicers, etc.)
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR or IT
