Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: the candidate will be required to efficiently and successfully recruit high-caliber candidates in a diverse range of business function
- Process Implementation: Partner with the People Operations Manager to execute robust HR SOPs for all things people related
- People Operations: Execute all people operations processes across the complete employee lifecycle
- Employee engagement & Admin: execute company events.
- Assist in all-round office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and supplies
- Culture: Act as a brand ambassador of our values – Passion, Grit, Humility & Execution when connecting with prospective talent and stakeholders in the business

Qualifications
- University degree
- Experience gained from either agency or staffing firms is a plus
- Fluent in English and Bangla
