Job Responsibilities:
- Executing, Monitoring, and Analysing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other social media platforms
- Media Budget planning for Digital Platforms
- Media Buying from Local publishers, Web Portals, DSPs
- Researching and gathering information and knowledge to develop well-informed strategic plans
- Examining businesses to get to know about 10MS and understand our objectives
- Producing cohesive and intelligent plans to bring success to campaigns
- Generating original ideas for campaigns and content communication
- Compile reviews and reports for the presentation of advertising performance of Digital Media
- Identifying potential problems for the brand and devising ways to rectify them

Eligibilities
JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelors in any discipline, from any reputed university
- Digital Marketing Experience specifically Media Buying & Planning is needed. At least a year of work experience in this is mandatory.
- Experience in marketing and advertising agencies in the field of content planning and brand strategy and development will be added as an advantage.
SKILLS:
- Data Analysis
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Time management skills
- Interest in marketing trends, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques
- Excellence in MS Word, PPT, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills (speaking proficiency in both English & Bangla)
