Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise legal advisors in collecting Property related Documents and ensuring minimum Saleable Documents.
- Prepare Legal Opinions for Saleable Properties
- Follow Up on Workable Properties to make Saleable
- Lead team to manage KYC, MOU, Booking Form, Booking Money, etc.
- Review Buyer & Seller Documents/Information and Transaction Documents
- Schedule & Conduct TPA Meetings
- Schedule & Conduct Government Office Activities

Eligibilities
Education: Bachelor in any discipline. Bachelor of Law (LLB)/ Master of Law (LLM) will get preference.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience
- Applicant should have experience in contract, land, and regulatory
Additional Requirements:
- Good knowledge about land measurement, mutation, registration, property ownership, property-related papers/documents and other assets, CS, SA, RS, mutation, deed, etc.
- Preferred experience in banks and financial institutions in vetting and valuation of properties.
