Job Responsibilities:
• Manage & maintain social media channels with large audiences
• Prepare cold email templates for clients and personalize them
• Prepare content and design email marketing campaigns
• Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
• Strategize and plan for lead generation and ensure consumer signing
• Ideate business development plans from a marketing perspective to ensure company growth
• Create plans based on events, holidays, festivals, etc. and identify branding events, social media content with the concept, storyboard, etc.
• Strategize and create a social media strategy to increase traffic and monetize from all existing channels and create new social media channels for further growth and implement the strategy accordingly
• Monitor analytics and statics to increase company sales and conversions
• Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social/Polite” way while cultivating leads, fans, followers, and loyalty
• Growing and cultivate partner relations
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy

Job Requirements:
• Excellent storytelling skills with a strong ability for engaging the target audience
• The role requires a cordial and approachable personality which would be an added bonus

• Ability to drive a digital and social media strategy to enhance the business brand and engage a target audience.
• Excellent grammatical and spelling skills
• Passion for social media and e-commerce business

• Ability to work under pressure
Additional Requirements:
• Has prior experience in E-Commerce industry
• Having prior experience in the Australian or New Zealand market will be an added advantage
• Prior experience with extensive use of marketing automation through Hubspot or Zoho CRM+ is brings an edge
• Knowledge of graphic designing software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator with hands-on experience will be counted as a bonus too
