Job Responsibilities:
- Installation and troubleshooting of Operating Systems and Security Patches.
- Monitor the health status of all systems and applications through NMS and take corrective actions according to the alert.
- To provide first-level IT Support to JNBL users. Communicate with Berger Corporate IT team for 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Maintain Network (Internet, WAN, LAN & WLAN) connection & endorse the issues of IT security policy among team members.
- Ensure the implementation of security standards in every course of action.
- Grow skills and gather knowledge for self-improvement and train teammates & users.
- Proactively maintain & deploy network equipment such as Router, Switch, VPN, Wireless Controller & Access Points, etc.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Maintain Utility Services of the local data center.
- Inventory Management (Hardware, Software, Licensing).
- Reporting and Documentation.

Eligibilities
Knowledge, Experience, and Competencies:
- B.Sc. in CSE or Information Technology or Equivalent from any reputed university.
- Vendor certification on any Microsoft System Administration or CCNA will be preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in working with Windows Server and Desktop Environments, Cisco/Mikrotik Router/Wireless LAN.
