PUMA Group is looking for Assistant Manager / Manager Origin Logistics 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal availability on products, service and cost, maintaining logistics process across all origins in the region
- Define, develop, improve, and maintain global origin logistics processes
- Origin process alignment among LSPs
- Establish internal policies and guidelines (e.g., Origin SOP, Carrier SOP, General Shipping Instruction, etc.) and ensure follow-up of team and suppliers
- Supervise daily operations, monitoring KPIs to ensure performance of Suppliers
- Validate and create transparency of costs
- Coach and develop the team to establish succession plans and talent pipelines
- Leading the teams in the region to ensure their service level meets the expectations

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines
- 5-10 years relevant experience in sizable multicultural companies
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.)
- Fluent in English
- Good communication & presentation silks with implementation ability and change management mentality
- Process understanding with strong business sense
- Challenging the status quo for improvement in effectivity and efficiency
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager Origin Logistics
