Augmedix is searching for Senior Officer, Logistics-Facilities 2022 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all Logistics operations
- Receiving all new procured assets from vendors as per the approved Purchase Orders;
- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and updating records
- Prepare the Asset Handover form with all the necessary details and maintain records before assigning any assets to employees
- Take initiative for procuring all goods and services valued as per company guidelines in consultation with requesters
- Preparing the checklist for procurement with complete documents and submitting it to the finance department for payments.
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
- Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.
- Answering employee & vendor queries.

Eligibilities
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Hands-on working experience of at least 2-4 years in a similar position; working experience in MNC will be a plus.
- Fluent in English Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Abilities to work with minimum supervision and track multiple processes.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Word and Excel(G suite proficiency is a plus).
- Proactive and Willingness to learn fast
- Willing to work at Nightshift
