PRAAVA Health is hiring Director, Operations 2022 in Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of teams across Covid, Non Covid, CC, VIP, Audit, CMT, QMT, and Supply Chain and Facility Management
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Assist CEO in fundraising ventures
  • Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
  •  Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
  • Identifies strengths and weaknesses of the existing flow of operations within the Operations
    department.
  • Identifies and sets benchmark for improving service standards
  • Formulates policies with the appropriate reflection of situational analysis and practice of
    benchmark organizations
  • Obtains creditable feedback from other managers through participatory approach for finalizing the
    policies and procedures.
  • Obtains approval and executes the departmental policies and procedures.
  • Identifies the communication issues proactively and communicates to target groups.
  • Acts as liaison between the operations staff and outside parties.
  • Executes the communication process and context in a manner understandable by target groups.
  • Provides inputs to the marketing department for developing communication processes and
    materials.
  • Increases images of the organization by representing organization in different forums.

Eligibilities

  • Qualifications:
    MSc/MBA with Project management, data analysis, presentation speciality.
  • Experience:
    ● Proven experience as Sr Mgr / Director Operations or relevant role
    ● Minimum work experience of 10+ years in various complex operation set-ups / healthcare institutes / hospitals / Primary care / Diagnostic chains / Healthcare public health projects
    ● Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, sales, Procurement etc.
    ● Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
    ● Experience in fundraising will be a plus.
    ● Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
    ● Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure.
    ● Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
    ● Having knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma / Change management concepts would be added advantage
  • Skills:
    ● Thorough knowledge of the International/local healthcare industry
    ● Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
    ● Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
