Job Responsibilities:
- Review and monitoring existing data and M&E systems, understanding current data collection methods and analysis and suggest methods of improvement to better monitor strategic objectives.
- Documentation of results, processes and development of success stories.
- Support project teams to develop, implement and monitor M&E frameworks and reports on progress on key strategic objectives to stakeholders.
- Develop and refine logic models and results frameworks to support proposal submission and serve as the basis for monitoring program achievements.
- Work with the Salesforce administrator to maintain standardized dashboards for all projects.
- Assist with supportive supervision as requested by program and business managers, including conducting site visits to ensure implementation is in keeping with standard procedures and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist projects to develop and/or maintain and improve quantitative and qualitative data collection processes and tools to report on project output and outcome indicators.
- Clean and analyze data, prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports on M&E findings as required; support the design and publication of data write ups, learning briefs, etc.
- Organize and undertake M&E capacity building and training with staff and collaborating partners as required.
- Support operational and implementation research activities- coordinating data collection in the field for testing hypothesizes and documenting results.
- Responsible for supervision of data entry operator staff.
VisionSpring, an international social enterprise, seeks a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Lead who will be responsible to support for coordination and implementation of monitoring and evaluation work within the organization for different projects, with an emphasis on data and data quality. S/he will support both quantitative and qualitative evidence gathering, analysis and reporting. S/he will be based out of Bangladesh. The M&E Lead is a member of the Global Program Office with dual reporting to the Global Director of M&E and the Bangladesh Country Director.

Eligibilities
- Diploma or Post graduate degree in public health, social sciences, statistics, development studies and related fields.
- Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience working with national and/or international health programs/ organizations, especially in M&E.
- Computer skills demonstrating competency in MS office (excellent Excel skills required) and at least one statistical package such as SPSS.
- Excellent data cleaning, analysis and reporting skills.
