Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance and continuous development of the administration team.
- Ensure outstanding administrative support across all areas of the business.
- Provide professional support to the directions to the team.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of back-office processes and systems to increase efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation through robust management of health and safety processes, staff records, and data protection.
- Drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
- Proactive, suggest improvements of processes and/or tools, and obtain stakeholder buy-in through strong collaboration and meeting management.
- Execute improvement initiatives on time; anticipates and communicates risks/delays ahead of time.
- Responsible for content management on social media to engage and improve customer engagement and promote social media campaigns.
- Oversee the internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports etc.
- Able to demonstrate appropriate troubleshooting by understanding the problems stated by the stakeholders.
- Provide a clear picture to the escalation team or account manager for further troubleshooting.
- Assure Qualities of the tasks based on internal metrics to identify errors and compliance on services rendered.
- Responsible for establishing external communication with the stakeholders ensures maximum Augmedix services uptime..

Eligibilities
Requirements:
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed universities preferred.
- 5+ years of working experience in people management.
- Ability to demonstrate the company’s administrative support services with exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication, indistinguishable from native English speakers.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills. Experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Familiar with tools like AX G-suite Secure G-suite,eFront, LMS, Humanity, Expensify, Confluence & Jira, Workforce Management, Typing club, Admin portal/ EE Admin, Asana, Egencia, Formable, Salesforce, Zoom.
- Comfortable working night shift to accommodate US time zones.
- Time-management skills, ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
