Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing the operations of a segment of a sales channel
- Accelerating the growth of a sales segment and ensuring business objectives are met
- Actively working on lead management for respective sales segment
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the segment and associated sales channels
- Devising strategies and implementing plans for respective sales channel
- Ensuring sales goals are met, comparing performance to goals, and adjusting goals as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary

Eligibilities
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a managerial setup of Sales or Customer Development
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Project Management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Sales Oriented Persona
- Practical Knowledge of using Google Suite; especially Google Sheets and Docs
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and fluid organizational work culture
