Therap is hiring Training and Implementation Associate 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with assigned clients, maintain relationships, provide training & guidance
- Provide online and onsite support
- Create training/ support materials
- Communicate with potential clients
- Develop marketing materials and generate new marketing ideas
- Organize Online and Onsite events (e.g. Conference, Information Session, Workshop, Seminar etc)

Eligibilities
- Graduates with background in IT, business, disability studies, education or related field
- Strong communication, written and verbal skills in English and Bangla.
- Strong computer skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Willing to travel inside and outside the country
- Strong demonstration & understanding of digital marketing, social media, teaching, public speaking and presenting
- Experience in working with or for Persons with Disabilities will be an added advantage
