- Creating incredible user experience, leveraging your design skills to help us with accomplishing business objectives and win success
- Be a significant part of our rebrand and redesign strategy to create excellent food delivery experience for our customers
- Evolving and defining the design language system for our entire services
- Leading and inspiring the design team and company, with a great UX vision
- Hiring, managing great designers, maintaining an innovative and pragmatic culture within the team
- Managing, and optimizing the internal workflow for better outcomes.
- Working closely with our cross-border teams in various time zones.

Eligibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in CSE, IT, Graphics Design from any reputed Public/ Private University
- At least 4 years’ extensive experience with Service Design, UX Research, UX Design
- Need to have a great sense of aesthetics in web and mobile design
- Experience in managing team of designers
- A team builder and player who is absolutely a doer and lead by doing
- User testing and researching are integral in your work.
