Daraz is looking for Head of Key Account Manager 2021 in Dhaka
Responsibilities:
- Driving the High Potential seller base business on Daraz.
- End-to-end responsibility of the sellers including seller performance management – GMV, items and orders targets.
- Overall operational excellence: Responsible for the quality return rate, gross-to-net ratio, cancellations etc.
- Overall High Potential seller’s health: drive sellers, assortment growth and manage the seller concentration to a healthy level.
- Drive and ensure stock availability and onsite visibility.
- Ensure competitive pricing from seller base.
- Identify replica and counterfeit activity within HP Sellers and work with the relevant teams to get those off the platform.
- Review business plans and schedule meetings with VKAMs to align on yearly/ quarterly targets (new assortment / stock alignment / monthly aspiration setting)
- Allocate targets and growth expectations between VKAM Portfolio.
- Facilitate seller management and seller exchange in liaison with the KA and Brands.
- Utilize all channels at your disposal to drive the seller performance.
- Diversify category mix to deliver performance via the channels as decided in the business plan.
- Be aware of market trends and developments pertinent to categories including pricing, product launches, innovation, regulatory implications and consumer trends and behavior.
- Keep management and stakeholders updated on performance and state of the VKAMs Sellers including oncoming battles and key initiatives through weekly & monthly performance reports and regular meetings.

Eligibilities
- Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university.
- Minimum 5 Years of working Experience in relevant field. (Experience in e-commerce / category and seller management will get preference).
- Strong analytical, commercially driven mindset and background (consulting, finance, engineering, quantitative backgrounds).
- Highly energetic, self-motivated and proactive.
- Passion for e-commerce and understanding consumer journeys.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analysis skills and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Organized and structured mindset – ability to identify business needs.
