Winrock International is looking for Administrative Officer 2021 in Dhaka
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist Operations & Administrative Manager, with all administrative, operational, and logistical issues
- Provide administrative support for domestic and international travel
- Make accommodation/hotel arrangements for local/International staff
- Ensure logistical support for meetings, trainings, workshops and conferences, order supplies
- Assist OAM to ensure appropriate visa or renewal of the visa and customs pass book for international staff/s
- Assist the OAM to follow procurement processes for any kind of procurement and prepare necessary documentation.
- Assist Operations & Administrative Manager, with HR related issues.
- Maintain leave records of all members of the project team
- Safe keeping and record keeping relating to issues concerning office premises, facilities and equipment’s and manage inventories
- Maintain stock of IEC materials/Communication materials and other publications of the project
- Liaise with building management, drivers, and other support staff
- Support FSTIP authority by providing accurate information regarding preparing “Project Security & Incidental manual”
- Other duties as assigned.

Eligibilities
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Management or related field; Masters Degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience in relevant field
- Work experience with INGO/UN/USAID preferred
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Flexible, self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams and in a multi-cultural environment
- Fluency in English and Bangla required
- Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software (Microsoft)
Other:
- Willing to travel frequently to project areas
