Aarong is looking for Retail Deputy Product Manager 2021 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze product (category) performance, identify fast-moving styles (FMS) and slow-moving styles (SMS), and share planning
- Ensure effective order management, stock consolidation, deliveries, transfer, optimum stock display, stock return, and shrinkage
- Ensure department wise stock availability & display of each available design on the floor
- Suggest product promotions as per sales trend. Share feedback on the previous promotions for necessary action and future planning
- Ensure sales growth and profitability of product categories/brand
- Track and analyze competitors’ sales plans, offer and market trend
- Consolidation of discontinued products as per recommendations of Inventory team & Planning for better liquidation
- Compile & share feedback on trial/event products
- Analyze Non-Apparel product requirements for each outlet and control product ordering to meet demand
- Follow up and ensure all customer issues and complaints related to products are resolved by coordinating with concerned stakeholders
- Analyze consumer, marketplace, and assortment, key item, top designs /SKUs performance and sell thru

Eligibilities
Education:
- A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Statistics/ Finance) from any reputed university
Experience:
- 3 years of work experience in product category management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification course on retail industry
- Knowledge of product management, retail operation, strong business, and financial acumen, Inventory Management, supply chain management, yearly budget preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and multitasking capacity
- Good skill in MS Office
