Avaya is hiring Solutions Sales Specialist 2021 in Dhaka.

  • Develops the strategy, presents and sells UC, CC, Enterprise Cloud, and Alliances Solutions and Services which deliver business impact and outcome to the customers within assigned accounts and/or territory.
  • Fully accountable for specific revenue target (quota) and sales growth within the specific area of specialty.
  • Proactively identifies and qualifies opportunities to build and manage a pipeline.
  • Maintains and penetrates current customer base, along with identifying and converting prospective customers.
  • Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company while partnering with peer Account Managers and Business Partners to drive contact center business.
  • Requires mature enterprise cloud & solutions selling approach with an established sales record including contact center/customer experience and digital workplace software/services sales experience.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in a specific market segment or vertical a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive and lead the execution account plans in top accounts/territory including driving & running workshops, demonstration & developing solution roadmaps for customers.
  • Drive and lead the execution of top customer and channel initiatives to achieve the desired business goal.
  • Develop and follow up the execution of demand generation with product marketing team to achieve the desired business objectives, e.g. drive the adoption of new product & solution in specific market segment.
  • Provide feedback to BU for market requirement & drive closure with product managers

Eligibilities

Specific Knowledge, Application, Technical and/or Management Skills required:

  • Able to communicate fluently in both local language and English
  • Demonstrate business transformation and solution-selling approach.
  • Demonstrate executive relevance and have ability to position complex solutions at senior IT and CxO level.
  • Demonstrate influence over Customer’s & Partner’s strategy/behavior.
  • Demonstrate clear awareness of the UC, CC, and CX Clouds market pressures & trends and transitions in the assigned territory.
  • Understands and can articulate Avaya’s vision, strategy and architectural approach

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in UC/CC industry sales & consulting
  • Proven track record in leading and winning major opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in launching & executing of Sales Programs with Channel partners.
  • Experienced in multi-level selling and comfortable in influencing CxOs, Contact Center Managers, Telecom Managers, IT Managers, etc.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and lead Sales engagements with Avaya’s partners.
  • Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as good listening and strong presentation skills
  • Strong team player and ability to lead a multi-functional virtual team.
