Responsibilities:
- Ensure work place safety and effective communication of Safety, Health and Environment to all team members.
- Ensure product and process compliance and adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Control cost of production by efficient management of available resources as per standard.
- Measure, analyze and control line performance,material usage variance (RM/PM//labor variance by using available systems/ tools.
- Prepare related documents for better control of line.
- Train the team on manufacturing process, technology and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure proper information flows from the management to the shop floor and vise versa.
