Responsibilities:
- Receive client’s support requests and complains over the phone, online or directly face to face.
- Provide support, identify problems’ root causes and provide solutions accordingly.
- Keep record of each support and complain details after providing solutions.
- Have to visit the client’s site when required.
- Resolve hardware, software and connectivity problems and determining the source of computer problems and providing solutions accordingly.
- Provide IT support to end users for e.g. end user’s Desktop, Laptop and other IT accessories.
- Perform other duties assigned by Team Leader when required.

Eligibilities
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Good communication skill (written & spoken) in both Bengali and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of self-motivation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Have knowledge in troubleshooting and resolving database and application problems.
