Job Overview
Theur Scribe Operations team members are responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day operations by managing scribes & trainers, helping with implementation planning by leveraging scribe/trainer resources, issue escalations in a timely manner, and monitoring, tracking & presenting key statistical data.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure daily compliance audit as per the requirement
- Ensure the accurate reporting of compliance incidents and discrepancies on a daily basis
- Ensuring follow up from the day to day shift coverages and coordinating with the scribes for timely arrival/ log in.
- Transport arrangement coordination for the scribes with the help of the facilities team
- Conducting & coordinating scribe engagement & team building events
- Door access management for production by keeping track of the scribes who work from the office the day

- Educational Qualifications: Graduate from any reputed university.
