About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Installation and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac & Linux Based Operating Systems, Applications and Security Patches.
- Experience on basic hardware assembling and troubleshooting.
- Network (LAN) connection setup and troubleshooting for a computer.
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
- Knowledge on basic network protocols and configurations (i.e. Static routing, BGP, NAT, DHCP).
- Inventory Management (Hardware, Software, Licensing).
- Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation.

Eligibilities
- Experience working with the following systems: Windows Server and Desktop Environments, Mac Workstations, Android OS, VMWare ESXi, Cisco/Meraki Networks.
- CCNA or 3+ Years information technology experience (Hardware Troubleshooting and Networking).
- Knowledge of security policy requirements in a HIPAA environment preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, quickly-growing startup environment.
- Willingness to work on a 24/7 shift basis. The primary shift will be the Nightshift (Bangladesh Time).
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or Equivalent.
