Berger Paints Ltd. is looking for Territory Manager- Protective & Fire Coatings 2021 in Dhaka
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the commercial profitability of the fire proofing business segment, strategic planning, and sector specific business analysis to ensure budgets are met.
- Develop sales and marketing plans for submission and approval through fire proofing business segments management team.
- Generate specifications with clients and EPC to ensure Berger designated fireproofing products are included on all key vendor list.
- Prepare and analyse fire loading table based on the drawings provided by customers.
- Work closely with International Specification team for generating specifications at EPC and PMC level with occasional visits and presentations at client’s premises.
- Maintain an updated Lead Management System (LMS) and business details for follow up and forecasting.
- Maintain, establish and build key relationships with decision makers within key RTM to provide continuity and baseline sales results.
- Identify, evaluate, establish and measure performance of new and existing Berger Recognized Applicators in partnership with the Segment Manager to ensure objective is met.
- Develop existing product and application opportunities and introduce new products with the support of the technical team.
- Liaise with technical and segment team and work in collaboration with other departments to ensure success.
- Coordinating with a variety of professionals including architects & contractors and manage technical meetings.
Berger Paints Ltd, is an Indian multinational paint company, based in Kolkata, India. This company has 16 manufacturing units in India, 2 in Nepal, 1 each in Poland and Russia. Eligibilities
Qualification:
- B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in steel building design and fabrication will be preferred.
