Foodpanda is looking for Corporate Account Manager 2021 in Dhaka.
As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be joining their foodpanda for business team helping corporations get access to foodpanda services: provide your city’s companies & offices with good food, exclusive deals & great experience.
What’s on your menu?
- Cultivate relationships and manage new and recurring clients – you’ll do what it takes to keep them happy and upsell their business
- Proactively nurturing and growing each of your assigned accounts by pitching new use cases/product features and foodpanda for business initiatives
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts by developing trusted relationships with key corporate clients
- Develop trusted relationships with our key corporate clients and acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Develop the overall strategy for revenue growth through cross-functional collaboration; e.g. top line growth through increasing the Gross Merchandise Value output from Key Corporate Customers
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes within the team and business unit
Advocate passionately on behalf of our clients to influence the overall customer experience, and ensure the highest possible quality of customer service for our hungry customers - Work collaboratively with the Sales team to facilitate new foodpanda for business customer onboarding to ensure customer satisfaction is met. Work with internal support functions to ensure that every new customer that goes live on the platform meets quality and customer satisfaction standards.
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market
- Assist with general Account Management activities such as events, special offers, email campaigns and any activities that are in line with the business needs and the Corporate Country Sales Lead

Eligibilities
- 3-4 years’ experience within a client/account management role preferable – B2B account management experience would be an advantage
- Experience managing large account portfolios
- Strong analytical skills, makes well-judged decisions, good numeracy, pays strong attention to detail, is a strong problem solver, demonstrates good commercial awareness and thinks outside the box to generate new ideas
- A proficient communicator with a consultative sales approach and ability to pitch (both upsell and cross-sell) solutions to existing corporates by identifying corporate needs
- Has a flexible approach, able to multitask, thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Working knowledge of MS Office, CRM Software, Google Suite
- Knowledge in Salesforce is a plus
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, target-oriented
- Team player with good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
