Field Nation is looking for Support Coordinator (Outbound) 2021 in Dhaka.
Why is this role important to Field Nation?
This role is important to Field Nation as it helps support the development of the network, connections between buyers and new providers and ongoing development and expansion of Field Nation. The Marketplace Experience and Operations team focused on the contractors who use Field Nation’s marketplace to find work in a variety of skill sets and geographies. This position as part of our Bangladesh team will focus on outbound efforts to recruit and onboard new contractors to our marketplace.
Job Responsibilities

- Connecting with service providers regarding work opportunities on Field Nation
- Calling, emailing or messaging technicians
- Communication with internal team members in regards to recruitment efforts
- Report on daily recruitment success and opportunities to help evolve the recruitment strategy
- Use tools like Gsuite, Email automation, messengers and job boards to effectively recruit new talent
- Train new technicians on how to sign up or use Field Nation
- Create email templates for recruitment campaigns
- Follow up with technicians during onboarding or recruitment to improve talent acquisition rates
