A day in the life of a Brand Manager
- Develops and updates consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel for her/his brand.
- Activates Brand Essence.
- Develops and updates consumer portrait, understand in store environment, contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative prices, provide recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes SKUs for key channels and key customers.
- Delights consumers with new and/or renovated products that ensures consumer preferences and nutritional advantages so that they deliver the tastiest and healthiest products as perceived by target consumers and in comparison with the competition.
- Deeply understands shopper behavior and motivation of target consumers together with Category / Channel and Customer Teams in order to delight shoppers and drive business growth.
- Constantly tracks and monitors the business KPI’s including market share.
- Checks brand health performance and strategic alignment of the brand.
- Understands business management, KPI impacts and acts accordingly to ensure business sustainability over the long term.
- Executes all commercial activities.
- Manages NHW Dashboard, Services and CSV related to her/his brand.
