BRAC University invites Logo Design for its pioneering WPC Initiative 2020

Centre for Peace and Justice (CPJ), Brac University invites ‘Logo Design’ for its pioneering Women Peace Café (WPC) initiative under the Empowered Women Peaceful Communities Project funded by UN Women.

About Women Peace Cafe (WPC)

Vision:
Empowering young women for promoting a just, peaceful, and inclusive society where every human being will be treated with equal dignity and rights.

Mission:

• Enhance the leadership capacity of young women through
  nurturing innovative social business ideas
• Prevent gender-based violence, abuse, and bullying
• Promote peace, cohesion, and a sense of equity in society
• Serve as co-working and safe space for the students

REQUIREMENTS AND GUIDELINES FOR LOGO DESIGN

• Participants can submit their work individually or in a team (not more than 3 members)
• The logo will be used as the main branding tool for Women Peace Café and will be featured in websites, social media platforms, and other promotional materials;
• The logo should be used copyright-free material owned by the applicant. Submission with copyrighted contents will be invalid;
• The designs should be of high resolution on any vector format; must be easily reproducible for large and small formatting (at least 300 dpi or 1200×1200 pixels together with CMYK color code);
• The name of the organization ‘Women Peace Café’ should be included in the logo;
• The name of various universities will be required to add after the logo;
• The logo should reflect Women Empowerment, Peace, and Social Cohesion;
• The design should be vibrant, unique, and appealing depicting WPC’s vision and mission;
• The use of color, font, and artworks should be simple and user-friendly;
• Copyright of the selected logo will belong to the Centre for Peace and Justice, Brac University
