Job Description for Graphic Design Intern:

As a Graphic Designer, you are going to be the creator of change, the creator of impact. • Create and design print and digital materials
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
• Retouch and manipulate images
• Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Graphic Design Manager to develop design concepts
• Receive feedback from the Creative Director and Graphic Design Manager and make necessary changes
• Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed

Job Description for Content Developer Intern:

As a content developer, you will have the chance to bring ideas into live communication that will have both direct and indirect outreach to their valued audience and partners. You will work with a team that has the ability to bring out the best in you, so they need someone who knows their strength and weakness vividly. They are looking for someone who has the guts to think outside the box and challenge their own work as they grow into becoming a crucial part of the organization. • Generate topics based on daily research and current events.
• Brainstorm and develop campaigns for their brands which is well planned and designed to bring specific outcome
• Collaborate with internal and/or external resources to update existing content.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deliverable deadlines.
• Ensure the quality of the Content & edit them as per guidelines.
• Proofreading the content to provide grammatically correct text.
• Receive feedback from the Creative Manager and Team Lead and make necessary changes.
• Reading relevant books and going through tutorials provided by the supervisors for better output and more polished work.

Job Description for Copywriter Intern:

As a copywriter, you will be the voice and often the first impression for many of our audience and stakeholders so it’s an understatement that you will play an integral role in shaping our brands. Here your literary art will be rising above the conventional and grabbing that persuasive trait to generate more leads than ever before. You will work hand-in-hand with a diverse team to deliver an authentic yet impactful copywriting. They don’t want someone who just takes orders. They want someone who lives and breathes ideas on branding and copywriting. If this sounds like you, they want to hear from you!

• Write original copy relevant to customer and company needs.
• Write brand content for: email campaigns, homepage, landing pages, social media feeds, product descriptions, blog posts and other marketing initiative or content
• Support the team by writing and editing content for websites, blog posts, marketing materials and more.
• Develop a substantial portfolio of published writing samples, refine their writing skills for different audiences, and gain valuable organizational experience.
• Interviewing people supported by the organization in the social entrepreneurship and social business world and relevant stakeholders.

• Receive feedback from the Creative Manager and Team Lead and make necessary changes
• Reading relevant books and going through tutorials provided by the supervisors for better output and more polished work.

• Assisting the team with all aspects of app design and coding
• Attending and contributing to company development meetings
• Learning the codebase and improving your coding skills
• Writing and maintaining code
• Working on minor bug fixes
• Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems
• Responding to requests from the development/design team
• Gathering information from customers about program functionality
• Writing reports. 
• Conducting development tests.
