KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints & feedbacks to improve overall CSAT & NPS.
- Ensure that all customers’ insight has been captured as a central contact point of Insight and Complaint Management and communicate to concern in a timely manner
- Ensure customers insights and Complaints are considered while developing new products and services plan, execute, monitor, follow-up and reviewing existing practices affecting in unit and drive of suggestive initiatives, projects and promotion for increase revenue or improvements in the Customer Experience
- Analyze business needs and develop & maintain SOPs, SLA, Guideline and Process for enhancing Customer Experience.
- Liaison with internal & external stakeholders in resolution of customer complaints and insights, escalation of unresolved and open complaints to relevant stakeholders for the closure of the complaint.

Educational Qualification:
Business Graduate from a reputed university.
Job Requirements:
- MS Excel & PowerPoint expertise
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure,
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of management principles & familiarity with company products & policies.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.
- Decisiveness and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
- Polite, professional phone voice.
