Eligibilities
- Preferably know-how experience and knowledge about Operations Center Specialist role
- Good people and communication skills
- Experience of work shift planning
- Experience in people management and conflict resolution
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Understanding and knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
- Work coordination throughout the team. Individual tasks during shifts are coordinated and prioritized by Senior Operations Center Specialists
- Subject to call due to sudden shift changes and internal process escalation paths
