Key Accountabilities:

  • Plan, develop and deliver training and development programs that align with product strategies to the field force
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups (Product Marketing, Sales, Medical and Regulatory) to create training programs, curricula, course materials and measurements that support business unit strategies and are compliant with regulatory, quality systems, and business conduct standards
  • Build FAQs and other training based on needs of the field and Sales organization
  • Foster a learning environment that focuses on adult learning principles

Eligibilities

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science is required;
  • 1-2 years of sales training experience within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
